Okay, so YouTube has changed, and the old inbox:
www.youtube.com/inbox?feature=mhee&folder=messages#messages/1
Now has disabled the option to compose a message, or to reply to messages even.
There is a new place on YouTube where messages are being collected:
www.youtube.com/messages
But in order to send a new message to someone, you have to go directly to their channel.
www.youtube.com/user/lbchatterbox/about
www.youtube.com/user/JenAnistonRocks/about
And hit "Send message". You can still turn in parts for collabs to either of us this way, or ask either of us for deadline extensions this way. And we can have a personal, private conversation. Please send parts back to our individual accounts if possible from now on to make things easier.
Messaging hasn't changed TOO drastically in these cases.
However, what has changed is that I can no longer send out mass YouTube messages to everyone in the group.
This is a huge problem because it is impractical for us to go to each individual channel of all the current members each time we want to send out a mass message. I know everyone doesn't always participate, but unless you've specifically asked to be removed, I'm still sending you messages.
Therefore, I want to start using regular email to message everyone.
My email address is lbchatterbox@hotmail.com and Lauren's is loz_gouldsbrough@hotmail.co.uk .
Depending on whose turn it is, you'll get an email from one of those accounts.
We can use BCC so no one else will see your email address. We will create a mailing list that we will use every single time we host a collab.
I technically have email addresses from when you all signed up. Please share if you want me to use that or if it has changed. If you don't mind sharing it publicly, comment below, otherwise email me directly at lbchatterbox@hotmail.com. If you've shared it for another one of my groups, I have it
